The Problem
Decades of studies have shown that BIPOC and Diverse communities face systemic racism and discrimination from as early as Kindergarten. This is a very inequitable system, which can have outcomes such as a lack of engagement, incidents of discipline, and an increase in dropout rates from education.
It makes them tired, it makes them frustrated, it makes them sad, depressed, and hurt.
