At the Lumbala Leadership and Sports Foundation, we educate students in a safe, inclusive, and inspirational place where young people feel heard, motivated, and connected to their local communities. We have designed our educational environment with a strong foundation of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion while partnering with the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) to ensure we stay on the cutting edge of innovation. Also, we focus on educating about Abuse-Free Sports (OSIC) and Safe Sports which is a Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sports (UCCMS).
